Office Hours

We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:

Monday: 9 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Tuesday: 9 p.m. – 7 p.m.
Wednesday: 9 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Thursday: 9 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Friday: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
SELECT Saturdays: 8 a.m. – Noon

Appointment Scheduling

We have devoted considerable time and effort in designing our scheduling system and encourage patients to arrive on time for each appointment to ensure that necessary procedures many be completed in a timely manner. At each appointment, we will answer questions and will continue to update your treatment progress.

We reserve after school-hours for regular-periodic check-ups, such as appliance adjustments and retainer checks. Emergencies and longer procedures, such as initial exams and appliance placement, need to be scheduled at specific times during the day. This will allow us to accommodate as many individuals as possible during the coveted after-school hours, while giving the appropriate time needed for each specific appointment.

Rescheduling Appointments

We realize that unforeseen events sometimes occur that require an appointment to be changed. Please note that missing appointments results in longer treatment time. If such a situation occurs, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours (or more). This will enable us to reappoint you efficiently to accomplish your procedure. Our goal in rescheduling appointments is to keep your treatment progressing and on time.

Late Arrivals

Arriving late for an appointment is similar to missing an appointment completely. If a patient arrives more than 10 minutes late for an appointment, out of consideration to the other patients the appointment may need to be altered or rescheduled.

Treatment Time

Every effort will be made to achieve the best treatment result possible. However, the total time for treatment can be longer than the original estimate. Please bear in mind that lack of cooperation, broken appliances and missed appointments can be factors that can lengthen treatment time and affect the quality of the result.
