Heather McDougal – Practice Manager

Heather McDougal

As Practice Manager, Heather works closely with Dr. Murthy and the office staff to help maintain a peaceful and efficient workflow. She works hard to ensure that patients and their families receive the very best care and customer service at each stage of their orthodontic journey.

Heather also manages the marketing of the practice. Internally, she monitors the rewards program of existing patients when they refer a friend or relative to our office. Externally, Heather keeps our practice connected with referring dentists' offices, develops and monitors our web site, and promotes the importance of orthodontics to the community.

When she is not working, Heather enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, going for the occasional jog, and reading. Originally from Maine, Heather loves getting to know Cambridge during the week and exploring more of Boston on the weekends.
